What happens if you don't hit your required minimum of 400K tokens?  Are you going to return all the money?  Freeze the unsold tokens?  Also, who is the 3rd party that will accept these tokens and hand me the silver bars?  You really need to disclose everything here.

Yes sir, all ETH and BTC will go back to Token holders. If there is any tokens left they will be part of the first 7 million available. We are issuing the tokens and are the holder of the silver. We already have 3 other mines that also want to give us their silver reserves in return for tokens. This project has the possibilty to go to the moon if all the miners come on board with us. We are giving them an easy way to unload their silver. Audits will be preformed by a reputable accounting firm to make public how much silver is on hand compared to how many tokens in circulation. We have a burn mechanism in our smart contract if you want to trade in your Token for the silver. This is all disclosed in our white paper as well.
