What happened::
Bitstarz casino recently just confiscated 4 bitcoins from unjustly and made up stories to justify it I have screenshots and chat transcripts to show how they would treat a player that has been depositing there for 8 months and never cashed out https://m.imgur.com/gallery/tIuw1.   They sure don't mind taking your money but win big and they take it all and disable your account. Bitstarz is not the place to use bitcoin because it irreversible play with a credit card card there because if they rob you at least you can charge back. I lost 17000 in winnings they stole and on top of that they took my deposit

Terms weren't made up. And IIRC the KYC term has been there for a good degree of time. Don't deposit if you're not willing to fulfill those obligations.

I think it's pretty stupid entering in fake information with this type of casino. They have all the leverage.

Bitstarz.com is on the Curacao licensing scam list. This means that they have no valid license and operate illegal.

Illegal gambling operators:

1) Have no valid terms and conditions, hence you can not breach any

2) Are not entitled to keep money from customers and have to give back everything they have ever collected from all customers!

Based on these circumstances, there should be a good chance that they will give you what they owe you.

Additionally, you could write a Bitstarz scam article publicised on Game Protect website. In this article you can post the whole chat/proof.

Our scam articles are always on the first page on google and usually within the first 3 entries.

However, to have proof of their illegal operation should be sufficient to get your coins out of this scam, because anything else could become unlike more expensive for them!

The "Know Your Customer" terminology was created for US based financial institutions. Sketchy offshore casino's only bring it up in situations where they want to keep customer money without having any other justification for it. The normal and correct thing for a business to do, if they are honest, would be to return any money if they cannot honor a commitment to a customer. That being said, if the money was wagered then it becomes a lot more fuzzy. It is hard to have sympathy with gamblers however, as you will always lose long term.

I contacted the live chat for an answer they didn't telk much and told you violated terms i even told them to give your initial funds back but they kept of sticking to their point.
And game-protect is right they have a fake license when i asked them why use a fake license they provided me this link : http://www.gaminglicences.com/pages/validate.php?lid=8048-S2208799 it has no ssl and when you visit the main url it's blank. I'm extremely sorry for your loss but unfortunately there is nothing you can maybe in future avoid casinos as most have kyc and limit your profit.

Hi there,

To give our side of the story.

Upon processing your withdrawal we discovered that you have 3 accounts in total that has been opened
not just from the same IP, but from the same browser, which goes against the terms and conditions of the site.
We're not just talking about opening accounts, but they all have activity on them in terms of bonus uptake and
deposits. This breaches the following rule of the site:

3.1.2

You are allowed to have only one Member Account. Only one Account for each household, IP, PC is allowed. If you attempt to open more than one Member Account, all accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided. Also any returns, deposits, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account. If you wish to open another account, you may do so by contacting the Manager at support@bitstarz.com. If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed. If you notice that you have more than one registered Member Account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your Member account being blocked for access.

Furthermore, you also admitted to entering fake details to your member account to the live chat agent
upon us making a KYC on your account which we have proof of here:

https://www.screencast.com/t/CbbH96diinG

This is breaching the following term:

4.1.4

All information that You provide to Bitstarz.com during the term of validity of this agreement is true, complete, and correct, and that You shall immediately notify Bitstarz.com of any change of such information.

If you wish to dispute this, please state your side of the argument.

Kind Regards,

BitStarz

I think it's pretty stupid entering in fake information with this type of casino. They have all the leverage.
And especially with an amount like that.  That's a lot of money.
There should be some sort of verification process up front so users don't
suddenly discover they can't withdraw their money.  Or they should get
their winnings and THEN get banned or something.   This isn't the first
time I've seen behavior like this from an online casino.  I think most of
them are shady.

Seems like bitcasino.io is not the only scam casino that pays filthy shills like you.Something's very common about scam casinos and you defending them.Look at all the red flags the casinos you're defending have. Also, stop commenting outside your little box that is the scam casino threads,no one takes you seriously.

Op,why play on the scam casinos in the first place ? You had it coming.

That's how shady casinos earn some side cash.

Or they should get their winnings and THEN get banned or something.
Then what's the point of KYC? People can just keep making new accounts.

Agreed.
Why are you typing like that? It's annoying to quote and you're not reciting a poem.

You posted incorrectly. It should be lol why do people always break the rules gamble with scammers then bitch when it they bite them in the ass?

These web-based casinos are engineered to win. They are designed, I dare say even rigged, to stay profitable and lucrative. Hoping their gamblers will lose is not enough. The gamblers must lose. Provably fair.. yes, they may claim that in their defense. It's also about staying one step ahead of the gamblers.

Take those bonus terms & conditions as an example. If you don't read the fine print and later raise a ruckus here about these scams, you will have shills here barking at you, defending the scammers who pay them just about enough shill-money to pay for a Mac Meal. Plan A is to first try to discredit the gambler. Make him look like the evil illiterate guy who can't read their fine print. If that doesn't work, plan B comes in. The gambler is the scammer. He cheated. He played the dice wrong. He pressed the wrong keys on his keyboard. He played with his eyes open.

Stop gambling. You will lose everything with mathematical certainty.

What bitstarz says is a just lame excuses to steal someone's money the fact is they accuse me of breaking a rule specifically rule
4.1.4
All information that You provide to Bitstarz.com during the term of validity of this agreement is true, complete, and correct, and that You shall immediately notify Bitstarz.com of any change of such information.

Now first off when signing up and depositing and withdrawing using bitcoin you only need an email address and bitcoin address everybody knows that that gambles using bitcoin.. Now in there terms of service it also says they don't accept players from the USA. But they really do and my friend went on the chat at bitstarz and spoke with James and she told him that she is from the USA and wants to know if she can play using bitcoin. He simply said yes that's not a problem and told her to put in the profile section Incorrect information. ( instructing her to break the same rule they said I broke) hmmmmmm.....  and she said well what if win will I have a problem cashing out because if I submit my docs it will show I'm from the USA and James said no thats not a problem we will not ask you for docs just a valid email address and bitcoin address.  She repeated the questions twice just to make sure and yes that's what he said both times.    So they stole my money for breaking a rule they instruct you to break.   So they basically trick you into depositing for 8 months and if you win big they pull some crap like this and make up reasons to take your money. I also have the transcripts if anyone would like to see them you can just let me know.

Second after that they tried to say I had multiple accounts which is a flat out lie. If they try to say otherwise or anything it's fake or fabricated I have requested them for email address or names of these accounts they say were openend and they refuse because it's a lie.   They had me playing and depositing for eight months like 50 deposits and was never going to be able to cashout if I won. What a scam

If you live in the USA they instruct how to play on there site so they can steal your money if you win big. And yes please read the casinomeister forum they posted and please read what everyone says the only people that take there sides in the forum are people they have posting you can clearly see it that they get paid everyone else on there is on my side there.   So bitstarz basically steals all sorts of money from USA players that they instruct through there chat how to play there site then jack you disable your account and launder the money that's what that scam casino does. There are endless stories I have seen of them stealing peoples money from 3 btc all the way up 20 btc. So dont make the same mistake I made do t play at bitstarz they are crooks all of them Mike, James, chris , olle, Nick , all of them

If they do not allow players from the US, then they took your deposits in breach of their own ToS and have to give you everything back!

But as you are not willing to fight for your right, you have to eat the loss, simple.

...

Here is the story:

I am a big player of bitstarz. I deposit big, bet bigger. Last week i lost 2.54 btc. They credited my account with 0.25 btc loyalty/cashback bonus.

Then i started to play. I played one slot with 0.024 btc. I hit about 2btc win. Then i lowered my bet to 0.012 btc. I get bored, then i played with 0.03 and 0.06 btc. Most of my winnings come from my first 0.024 btc bets.

Then i finished bonus rollover. Requested a 3.45 btc withdraw. They cancelled it and they removed my entire balance. Their claim is " You broke our rules by betting over 0.025 btc ".

I respect their rules. I did not know that rule. However while most of my winnings comes from 0.024 btc bet, they remove whole balance.

I feel scammed. They could remove my bets over 25mbtc (both wins and loses comes from that bets) then remains my balance with comes from 0.025 below bets. Then i could go on to rollever bonus amount.

My advise is that do not play on bitstarz. They can easily remove your balance for any reason as i lose 3.45 btc.

edit: They are breaking their own terms and conditions. Here is the proof:

According the their terms and conditions page:

Quote
Should the Casino become aware of any user who has accepted the bonus or a promotion with sole purpose of creating a positive expected value on bonus return by using known practices aimed at securing a cash out of said bonus or at any way try to take advantage of bonuses received by BitStarz, then BitStarz will enforce immediate confiscation of winnings and closure of the account with the right to withhold any further withdrawals. An example of advantage play would be delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to their account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Should the Casino deem that irregular game play has occurred, the Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.

Bonus was 0.25btc 30% of that is 0.075. 50 bets of 0.06 would not therefore be in breach of the terms.

I knew it for a long time Bitstarz are scammers just yesterday they stole me 0.08 btc, i will not put more details but "mike" the hero supporter know about it.

What bitstarz says is a just lame excuses to steal someone's money...

You should report them to the authorities, posting here will not solve your problem.

Look for a lawyer and explain your problem, you will have better results

But as you are not willing to fight for your right, you have to eat the loss, simple.

I agree, he should seek a lawyer and report this casino the authorities

So dont make the same mistake I made do t play at bitstarz they are crooks all of them Mike, James, chris , olle, Nick , all of them

and you, knowing all that deposited and played,STILL
if you are aware that a member of stuff at the casino instructs people on how to break their own rules
don't you think they would bend the rules when its tme to pay you?
unfortunately for you,you did break their rules, technically, twice
creating multiple accounts and putting incorrect info, you could have gotten away with incorrect info,I think if their security had not flagged you previously

If they accepted his losses over months while he broke their rules, then they have no right to deny his winnings because he broke their rules!

This is basic logic.

I see lots of these threads about online casinos. I dont know how anyone trusts any of them

First, if you create more than one account, you are more than likely breaking the rules.. there exists a method to see that more than one account was created from the same ip, and the same browser... why do the casinos allow it in the first place? If this casino can see that then the new account should not have been created at all... The casino is just as responsible in my no so humble opinion.

Asking for verification is stupid after the fact. If you dont care who I am when I deposit cash, you cant care when I go to withdraw it.
The fact that there is some licencing questions about the casino in question just makes this worse. I did however notice that the casino didnt respond to that point... handing pout your personal details to them is risky at best, as now they are claiming he cheated, are accused of stealing money and have your personal details.

Online gambling like this is against us law as far as I remember... so if (when) they screw you over its really hard to get help from the authorities.

I kinda agree that breaking the rules openly is a bad plan. Did you have more than one account and claim bonuses on more than one account?

The moral is dont gamble at these shady places in the first place. Check to see if they have a licence.  Check the whois on the domain. Contact them directly to see if that is a valid phone number.

Just my thoughts...
