New to the cryptoworld , so bear with my noob question.
While the BTC has a mining difficulty that changes every 2016 blocks, I noticed that the ZEC ( like pretty much all the ALTcoins ) have a mining difficulty that is constantly changing. Can someone explain me how it works ?

i _think_ that the algorithm needs there to be a block rvery ~2.5 minutes, so it adjusts its difficulty accordingly every block. could be wrong though

looks like they are using this
(next difficulty) = (last difficulty) x SQRT [ (150 seconds) / (last solve time) ]
