I'm punting a start of 0.002/BTC per WDC, rising to 0.0035 then dropping to 0.001 or below.

0.001/BTC per WDC tops most likely, but who knows. There's been a consistent downward trend in these new alts hitting exchanges.

Not sure when it will go to bter.com or btc-e.com. But it's already on cryptsy, which will start trading tomorrow, based on their site announcement.
