To invest bitcoin, it means, you are looking for the bright future with it, having a good thought that someday bitcoin will lift you up, looking that bitcoin will be with you in the future. you not have to have big amount of bitcoin, as long as your money can manage risk. I am not into day trde, so i have nothing say with that but, I assure you do not trade altcoins if you do not know it first.

In order to answer this question the first thing you need to answer is what do you mean when you say you want to invest in Bitcoin. Do you want to buy the currency in hopes it will appreciate it value? Do you want to invest in Bitcoin related companies? Are you looking to day trade with Bitcoins?
Everyone is buying bitcoin in hope of getting profit because of huge pump bitcoin is having every day. I want to invest in bitcoin related companies but couldn't find one that allows us to invest into. Day trading is quite risky specially with bitcoin but it is profitable. |

I beg to differ. The first thing you really need to answer is are you really ready to invest in bitcoins? The places to put your money on is the easy part, what's hard is deciding whether you're ready to be paranoid since bitcoin is an asset known to exhibit a high volatility in terms of price. Do you want to buy the currency in hopes it will appreciate it value?
The easiest thing to get rich. All you gotta do is buy bitcoins, hide it safely and forget about it in a year or two and voila! You are richer than you were before! Do you want to invest in Bitcoin related companies?
I really wanted to, but unfortunately these startups often turned out to be major wastes since they haven't done any significant projects that would really net them money. Better to put your money in penny stocks if you'll just let your money grow by how a company performs and sells. Are you looking to day trade with Bitcoins?
The most painful thing to do (really) since it requires a lot of focus and mental/emotional fortitude. I've tried day trading back in 2015 and I only lost money since I really don't know what I'm doing. |

I think it is the currency that people want to buy. When someone says that invest in bitcoin they definitely mean to say that to purchase bitcoin, if it was about a company related then they must name that company and say to invest in the company XYZ. The bitcoin will be rarely day traded nowadays. The day trading suits more to the altcoin while holding suits the bitcoin best. |

Invest in bitcoin means you are saving bitcoin in order to get profit, so it can either holding by yourself or you lend it to other people and get interest,and I dont do day trading, I just trade when I saw good opportunity
More often people invest in bitcoin directly by holding it, which they plan to sell in future to get good price of the fiat they invested. Lending bitcoin is also a form of investment in the bitcoin where interest is gained and you are paid against the bitcoin lend but I am not sure that there will be many people associated with the lending. I am not interested in the day trading also. I buy and hold bitcoin and sell it when it reaches to target price. |

I bought bitcoin for the purpose of investing and hope the bitcoin price will increase in the future. I want to take this opportunity as best as possible because of the rising bitcoin price trend. I prefer to trade than just save bitcoin, because by trading then I can get a chance to make a profit. But some of the funds that I have I save and do holding, this to keep if one day I was not lucky and this fund can I use to start my investment. I was enticed by its effect that there is always a pump. Not always but every year there is a price increase as there are many people who are already into btc. Even though it's a long term I could say this is the time that i had my own money without having the help of my family. Sometimes even i take home good and that for me is a good effect and the meaning of good investment. Well it can be said that the price of bitcoin has increased this year from what it was in the previous year but we can’t say that it is a yearly increase. The bitcoin price increases and decreases on a daily basis and you will notice that bitcoin price constantly is in a motion this motion might be upwards, downwards or a to and fro motion. Everyone who has adopted bitcoin cashes the benefits that bitcoin offers and this is why bitcoin is becoming expensive. |

iam all in bitcoin investment
iam day trade use pair altcoin and fiat money
and then iam invest in bitcoin related company follow ico selling and cloud mining investment(genesis-mining and hashnet)
You should never put all your eggs in one basket. Try investing in something else or taking some out of cryptocurrency. I am all for investment in crypto but putting everything you have into anything is usually a bad idea. With that said, if you are successful at it and make money then more power to you!  |

Investing in bitcoins means investing in the future. I sound like some commercial on TV, but every one who didn't invest in bitcoin and had that chance in the past regrets now because of that. Same will be in 5 years, who don't invest now will regret. This word invest doesn't need to mean money, people can invest time, energy to earn bitcoins or some other alt and later to exchange it for bitcoins, also people can invest knowledge and earn from doing different jobs for bitcoin, selling things for bitcoins is also some kind of investment. Mixing all this activities is recommend, do what ever you need to do to make more bitcoins and keep them for the future, or invest bitcoins in some bitcoin business to make more bitcoins over the time, that is the best for sure.

I bought bitcoins last year to invest in a cloud mining site that later become a scam and I was only able to get back half of what I invested. Now, I don't want to invest my coin to any company but I invested time to study trading. I invested in myself cause I don't want to be scam anymore by continuously learning trading. Through experience and time, I hope I will be able to break-even and later have profit to my investments. |

Haha funny I think you understand what money is, everyone knows the money. If you invest the profits are your money will increase in a certain period. The risk of losing your money or your money is reduced. It may be enough for you.  |

the meaning of invest in bitcoin is I want to buy bitcoin with fiat, its like you buy stock in stock market, you trade in or you hold it. I think its because bitcoin itself have value, not just money value but economic value which is in future we can use bitcoin to buy in online shop or offline shop (we can buy it now if we want). bitcoin does not related in any companies but if you mean its like another investment that using bitcoin as payment then I don't want to join because I am making profit while I still holding bitcoin itself. I am daily trading with bitcoin and altcoin and this way I think I can increase my bitcoin without doing any of investment you mean. |

Day trading is the worst thing you can do to Bitcoin. Bitcoin is excellent as a short and long term investment but not for day trading. I have been investing in cryptos, stocks and bonds as well as property since 2015. I can safely claim that Bitcoin is the best investment asset to get best ROI in less time with less risk. This is enough a reason to invest in an asset.
I think Bitcoin is best to start with investment as it would not need everyday analysis because Bitcoin has always grown in long term. There are some occasional dips but with some patience, everyone can make profit out of Bitcoin. You need not to be good with analysing market or charts for investing in Bitcoin. Just invest your money, sit back and relax. In matter of years you would have earned almost 10x profit.

Why don’t you just hold onto your bitcoins? Never ever do day trading at least with bitcoins. Day trading is something that is only meant for altcoins. Losing bitcoins at such high price is nonaffordable. I will suggest you keeping bitcoins in wallet as long as you can because the prices are for sure going to raise more. |

I think and I do assume that bitcoin investment means buying bitcoin with the hope of price appreciation and take profit or loss may between four or five months. I think also investing in bitcoin means putting fiat into bitcoin and use the bitcoin to invest in other crytocurrency in other to earn profit especially as bitcoin is the gold standard to others crytocurrency or altcoins. Investment may also mean investing in others business that are related to bitcoin.
