Credit Card Gift Cards - How to I flip them into bitcoins

Hey, could someone point me on the right direction for turning my visa gift cards into bitcions or some other coin? I've been doing some searching and I've come up empty. There was a site selling vouchers for a 30% markup, that's a bit high and the last time I checked they we're on hold for selling them.

Any help would be great. It's $150 spread over 2 cards if that matters.

I think there was one exchange site where you could buy with a credit card. I guess that would work with visa gift cards?

I did see that, but I was hoping for something a bit smoother. I suppose beggars can't be choosers though.
