It's true, lot of money involve in ICO. There is even a study which i forgot the link wherein they said that investing in ICO is very profitable even if you got scammed 2x but when you participate in a single legitimate ICO you will still recover those loses and gain profit. Maybe that is the reason why scam ICOs are spreading.

I agree to you, so many scams are around and have damaged investors value and reputation of crypto in general. I hope we can spot bad scam ICO projects more efficient and tell other participants which ones are scam to bring more investors to good ICO projects. True ICO projects deserve more investments.

Better is to avoid ICOs in these bad times, they have really big problem with collecitng enough money, so they use aggressive marketing strategies and thats not good.
But there are some good ICOs, that are not affected by the market, like ICONIQ LAB.

I would say your scamming ass is part of the problem Mr convery of droxne. Oh yeah, i still remember how you exit scammed on the investor. Wonder if you still using that bs excuse of transferring the account to someone else.
