Decentralized exchanges can be used for exchange. exchange there is cheaper and safer. many centralized exchanges are loath to give you cryptocurrences to your account, but you can prohibit withdrawing them.

sure, and sometimes you need to pass KYC procedure in full, e.g. id, proof of address, photo with your local major in the backrgound, etc.
I guess the best way is to exchange from wallet directly, so I use jaxx and coinmonkey.io exchanger. It gives rates from big exchanges and you just exchange using these rates from wallet and receive it to the wallet.

So, no need to worry about any restrictions or blockings.

I have used bittrex, poloniex and hitbtc in the past. I would recommend any of these as all are legit and worked fine for me. Few of the exchanges have a certain limit of how much one can withdraw at a time for unverified users so you must take that into account and also do your own research to look out of other users' feedbacks.

There are few exchanges out there to buy bitcoins. But only few exchanges are trying their best to provide the good services to their users. I have been trading on Indian platforms from 1 year. And have experienced a lot of issues with many exchanges and brokers.

Now, the situation is changing. Few good exchanges (Coindelta, koinex) are fighting to provide good services and multiple coin trading. Both of them have multiple markets and are trying to enter the market.

I always follow one rule instead of following any one exchange. Buy BTC from exchange where buy price is less and sell where sell price is maximum. Cheesy

I use zebpay and Koinex. There are many new exchanges but they are pricing more than Zebpay and Koinex.

For me CREX24 as of right now because the coin I'm holding right now(Privcy) can only be traded on CREX24 they are trying their best to get listed on as many big exchanges as possible. Once it gets listed on the big exchanges I'm sure it's price is gonna fly!

In India I have used Koinex as the first exchange then Coinome and coindelta. They are all good. International exchanges which I have used includes Binance, Kucoin, Cryptopia, Hitbtc, Hadax and IDEX. Except cryptopia, i liked them all.

I trust Koinex and Coindelta in India. Some others might be good but never tried them. Overall I really like Kucoin and Binance. Traded a little on IDEX too. Presently lot of activity on crex24 because of PRiV Coin.

I have used Koinex in India and Binance and IDEX and Hitbtc otherwise. They all are trustworthy exchanges with binance having maximum volume of coins.

Use Coindelta in India as this exchange has many coins added recently and I think crypto to crypto trading is also possible. Other than that Binance is really good and big exchange. Huobi is another one which I have used.

Exchange features are usually related to binary operators and functions. If a binary opera is considered to be an exchanging feature, then it is said to exchange the pair element.
