You should open your ircoin.conf located in C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\IRCoin and add these nodes:

For the moment you can't as coinsmarkets.com seems to be offline. But yes the site did have IRC listed there.

Coin appears to be dead. Some pools still allow mining, but no exchanges. Coinsmarkets is high unlikely to ever come back. So R.I.P IRCoin.

Want to see the proof? Check lpool.name mining pool. There are always 3-5 miners everyday. With block found every 30s, that means there are 6000 IRC every hour distributed to them. So, if those miners have done it at least for a month, how many IRC they have at this time?
