Hi,
I've been doing some digging and research but I'm quite stumped now.
System:
Asrock btc pro v2
4gig ddr3 standard ram
Pentium dual core
1600w PSU
Keyboard
Mouse
Ssd harddrive with wins 10
Sapphire mining edition cards.

This has happened to two separate motherboards with the same specs.

I set up the system without GPU, using onboard VGA.
Boot up fine, get everything installed and updated.

Restart and plugin one GPU via USB powered riser. (Different risers used on the two motherboards)
When I boot it hangs on the boot splash screen.
Take out GPU and reboot, still hangs on splash.
Take battery out and then boots to bios to set time etc.
Save settings and reboot into windows fine.
Now if I reboot or shutdown and boot it hangs on the boot splash screen again.
Changed batteries same issue.
My first thought was that is wasn't holding a charge but if I set a user profile it retains the user profile so I'm guessing its not a bios issue ?
Disable splash and I get error 99.
Just seems odd I've recreated it on two separate builds.

Any thoughts or advice ?
Thank you
