I am in a daze as reality sinks in.

---
Was reading how I could reclaim BCH from the BTC that I had stored (I was totally oblivious to the fact that my own wallet Exodus had already come up with that feature).

Created a temporary online BCH wallet at bcc-wallet.btc.com.

Then, over the course of transactions, ended up sending almost half BTC to a BCH address. Now, I have been able to nail the transaction on the blockchain. It can be seen here - https://blockchain.info/address/3M77pitqpU1DX87hMNNM7DPcehVXQ5Q5Uf

The outbound transaction that happened from my wallet earlier is - https://blockchain.info/tx/2379fef2758e522a749c3c6d5632bbf7d59b7d96d0f15ba127400e72c404ff14

Is there anyway I can recover this?

BCH wallet is all online and I don't see ways of getting my private key. Do I keep pinging their support team?

I... I really don't know what to do.

I don't know much about that wallet.  If you can get your BCH private key from the wallet, then you can import that private key into a bitcoin wallet to regain access to the bitcoins.  If the website does not provide you a way to get the BCH private key, then you'll need to contact their support.  They should then have access to the BCH private key, and (if they are willing to help you) they should be able to access the BTC and send them back to you.

Thank you, DannyHamilton.

I really ought to have researched before finalising them, but just went with the flow because I just wanted to claim the BCH and be done with it. Saw their service mentioned on the BitcoinCash website and proceeded.

Their web interface is very, very simple and only allows import, no export. I have written to their support, no response yet.

This has turned out to be a nightmare.
