Your wallet's ETH balance (0 ETH) is not enough to cover the gas cost (Ethereum network fee). EtherDelta sends 0.001 ETH with each transaction. Will dev or someone pls answer these basic questions:
1. Why are we swapping in the first place?
2. What happens to the old coins after the deadline?
3. If the old coins end up being more valuable the dev wins; if the new coin becomes more valuable the dev wins. Seems like a shady ploy to literally get 50% of the total supply of both coins.
Not a bad Video, but he doe not show us that we had to SEND the coins over to DEV / Abi FIRST. ( This was my mistake ),. I never sent over coins. Now I did. The signature is an odd, because are asked to sign the ETHD wallet first. I would guess. that is what I did. Anyway. I hope I can get my coins soon. |

Has anyone actually sent tokens to the swap address and received anything? Seems to be a lot of confusion and distrust of the new token swap especially when the old token has climbed to about $1.
I have and received my swap token. Just make sure you double check the address and follow each step carefully. Exactly right guys, I know the steps may be hard to understand and there are 2xyoutube vids explaining the process. (one short one long) I can tell you that I followed the steps that the Dev team released + watched the short youtube vid and got through the process in one piece. I received my coins the next day after i completed the swap. Can someone post the Dev coinswap process again for the noobs? **REMEMBER: - coins must be sent to Dev team from ETHD WALLET not exchange! - (not sure if essential) I added ETHD to my MEW (myetherwallet) before I did the coinswap process. - I went into settings of ETHD wallet and applied the extra 1kb transfer fee (0.1 or 0.01 ETHD) to speed up transfer process. I can say 100% this method worked for me and i can see my ETHD tokens listed with all my other tokens in my MEW (you can also donate for the time i spent writing this for all those who still have no clue how to do this loll) cheers guys!
