I have a coinexchange account and bought my ETHD there. Recommend that you have Coinexchange put up a message so that their customers are aware of it, especially that not everybody would come here to check the news.

i think hard for bittrex and poloniex. if the dev wanna list new exchange, cryptopia is possible for ethd since cryptopia said will give a half pay for coin list at novaexchange. this is good time for make request to cryptopia.
