Anybody can be a victim of this type of attack, you should try to lock your wallet by making use of a very strong password and write the password somewhere you can easily access but separate from your wallet computer.

Try to remove ethd wallet from the %appdata% and keep it offline.

Correct, once again, either go through the whole thread, or email us if its an urgent question. If it is not urgent, we will not look at it til later. If you had read the thread, you will see that it has been mentioned that the last PoW block was #10,000, after that it is mainly PoS, you may stake if you would like. But you will need coins first.

i do not really understand you guys,
someone keep asking about an airdrop without reading the thread,
and someone keep talking about do not let the newbies get the airdrop.
this airdrop will last only 4 phase,which mean only 2 left.
even if the newbies get their airdrop and dump it,the airdrop will not increasing.
which mean if you are holding it long enough the price will be surging for sure.

Are you sure you have 0 balance now? In many cases will a new change address created. You own this address and your coins are not gone. Check this: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Change

I get your drift but I don't really understand why people make such a big deal out of it.

It's really about creating exposure for Ethereum Dark and getting the project on the radar. I understand that some people just sign up to make use of the airdrop, but this cannot be avoided (like so many other things), so let's just be happy together and support the ETHD team in being successful with their project. That's what you should focus on, not on new members getting 100 or so coins.

From my knowledge this is not someone stealing your money ! Please check your final balance on the whole wallet you will probably see it has  correct balance . The other address money sent to is called change address , That how transaction work . Let me try to explain .
When you send money from address (A) to address (B) , another transaction created with the remaining balance on address (A) to hidden address lets call it (C) , The hidden address that got created is also yours because it is created within your own wallet you just can not see it , But when you check the main balance on your wallet you will see the final balance is correct , Some wallet use the same address as the change address some other wallets do not . For example in this case .

you had 200 in your main address (A) you sending 5.5 to another address ( B) , wallet will generate another hidden address and will create a transaction with the remaining balance 194.5 to the newly created address (C) . now you will see your final balance of your whole wallet is correct , But if you check the balance in  address ( A ) alone you will find it is zero . Thats why when people backup there wallet they should backup there whole wallet not just addresses .
