For years the authorities around the world have dealt with different groups or  organizations operating under illegal trades. Now these entities have truly caused the authorities some major headaches! Now in your opinion, who do you think reign supreme among the groups listed?

Government enforced cartels and monopoly's. Also any group that can make themselves into a victim even when they are so obviously in the wrong its blinding, particularly Israel.
