What are your thoughts about the Supply of SCL compared to the USD price @ ICO

50M SCL @ 0.4 USD i believe is a good buy and the DEVS are not holding any coins but they will have 5% Buyback creating a bullish trend instead of the bearish Trend

Most ICO experience bearish trend after hitting the exchanges because of the dumping of the coins
