Need help retrieving Bitcoin

Hi guys,
I really need your help. I wanted to sell my bitcoin cash this morning that I received after the Bitcoin Split. I wanted to send it to shapeshift to exchange for bitcoins. On my online wallet I went to my Bitcoin Cash Wallet and sent 0.4 BCH, But after sending It I reallised that I had sent it from my bitcoin Account. I am 16 years old and that was nearly all the Bitcoins I had. So If there is any way you know of that I can retrieve It it will be very much appreciated.
