You should look into mining yourself if your electricity cost permits it.
Otherwise, investement wise, you should probably just buy the coins.

None. Even the site that have been paying for 3 years (genesis mining) has now gone scam. There is no need for real miners to rent their capacity to users.

There is no cloud mining or even you are looking for the best there are almost all are scam there is no proven cloud mining site that can gives you a good profit and if you can think deeply you can realize that there is no free money in the internet just to invest any time they can give a good about there business its just a marketing strategy just to attract people to invest.. and the end you will just scam and your investment stuck for ever..
If you really want to safe of your investment buying bitcoin is enough and hold it for a long time.

There is no such thing as best cloud mining. Almost all of these projects are not doing any mining operations and they are working basically just a ponzi scheme, which turns into scam sooner or later. And some of these websites like Eobot or Genesis mining looks legit and working for few years, but you hardly can get ROI here. Cloud mining is terrible place to invest your money.
If you want to mine coins, you need to purchase mining hardware.

There are no best cloud mining because all of them never open for a long time, all of them are scammers, no matter they are brand new or the old one, there are no successful story people got rich by investing in cloud mining, so you better find other investment to put your money, or just buy and hold bitcoin
