is bounty keep going? i mean 3rd phase has already started? new rules or i should do the same job?

Yes, the 3d phase has started. There some changes in the rules.
Here are they:
- We have a new task in Telegram bounty - Invite a friend to our channel and be rewarded for this!
- We extended time during which we assign stakes, now stakes are generally to be assigned in 4 days after you provide us your report
- We added more stress on quality of your comments/posts - PLEASE ensure that grammar is good and content is unique
- We put a maximum limit on a number of posts about us (Post about us on your or any group which is cryptocurrency, ICO or technology related task) you can do in one week. Not more than 10 posts in a single week would be counted
- We introduced the date after which joining the logo task (Set profile picture with our logo except your picture or on top of your picture task) is not possible. You can join this only until Feb 17th (but logo should stay till the end of campaign, march 8th)
- For a Blogs campaign, we defined separate reward for reposting your content to different publishing platforms, so reposting wouldn't be counted as a normal post
