What happened::
I purchased the item on 1/26 and it was deactivated shortly after a few months

The advertised item is for a year but shortly before even half a year the account was no longer premium. The seller has already acknowledged my issue and told me he would work on it and still have not recieved any sort of remedy for the situation. He continues to stock the items that i purchased but how if not even my account is premium?
