So it is impossible to do:
-Year 1 : 100%
-Year 2 : 50%
-Year 3 - 15 : 10%
This will lead to a depreciation of the coin.
Although it is and nothing will be worth it.
Do this:
-Year 1 : 10%
-Year 2 : 5%
-Year 3 - 15 : 1%
