I signed up as soon as it unlocked on the site. Now when I go to check my status,
it says "Application Not Found". When I try to apply it says I already did.

What am I doing wrong here?

Sounds like issues with the POST/GET request. Maybe try another browser. I had some issues via the TOR Onion Network and when trying it with my local browser it workend fine for me. I have applied to this aridrop some minutes ago.
