Airdrop rule 3: "All accounts registered on bitcointalk.org after August 22, 2017 are not qualified."
So people registered on August 22, 2017 should be qualified, right?

I want to change my eth address, do you know how to do that?

You have to put eth address in location field of bitcointalk profile before registering, just change address there check if it works else message dev, address won't be an issue as of now as tokens will be paid after airdrop ends so you have time to correct it.

no you should use myetherwallet . eth wallet from exchange can not be use to get new token like this
