how exactly does this sig campaign work for POS? do we get paid per post?

The rules is basically based on this:

1.Participants must make at least 1 valid post per day. (As long as the total is enough, there is no need to make posts every day.)

If we based our thoughts on what's stated in enclosed parenthesis, it may become confusing. But, what I understand in terms of payment is a fixed amount per day for atleast just 1 valid post. Other post within the day are not getting any payment, that's the same thru when we missed posting in a day.

Yes presumably so. I think the condition is that it'll stop once the allocated number of tokens for this drop has been claimed.  So which ever comes first, either allocation exhausted (in which case, it closes because no more tokens left to claim in this drop), or the 2 week period ends if allocated tokens have yet to be completely claimed.

The second round airdrop will last for 2 weeks, start on September 24th, 2017 at 15:00 UTC and last until October 7th, 2017 at 15:00 UTC.
Different from the 1st one,  the 2nd Round Airdrop is totally unconditional (no twitter restrictions) and free, all you need is a bitcointalk account.
The airdrop will stop immediately when the airdrop supply (currently 728,235 POS) are all claimed.

I am very much looking forward to the closure of this 2nd airdrop and receiving some extra tokens from the generous developers of this project. I hope that I have been active enough to benefit from the Signature Campaign that is part of this 2nd round as well. I have purchased some additional tokens on EtherDelta and look forward to consolidating my tokens, aloowing them to age and then begin minting these.

Good luck again to this project, it seems like a very worthwhile development and has really been teaching me more about how the Ethereum network works!
