Concerning the pre-sale let me explain: everyone who was whitelisted got a decent amount of time to contribute, before anyone who wasn't whitelisted. After we gave all early-whitelisters the opportunity (if they haven't yet, they still can!) we opened up the app for everyone to make a whitelist request and immediately join the queue.
Bottomline: not all early whitelisters have contributed yet, but since we're not going to wait for them, everyone can now make a request to get whitelisted. We already whitelisted some new people during the day today which were able to contribute. You can always make a whitelist request here:
https://ico.guts.tickets/New requests of whitelisters will be in the queue in a paused state until tomorrow (they can't contribute yet, but older white listers still can!). Every request will get an email when you can contribute and the app will also show your position. So submit a request and we'll let you know when it is your turn!
Once you are through, you can always contribute immediately with no deadline (until the sale is full of course). Even the whitelisted people that haven't contributed yet are still able to do so! Remember we built this to make the ICO experience better not worse! This way (with this low cap) everybody has the time to GET into this ICO and create a solid distribution.
We notice now a few people are confused by this system, and we can only conclude that this is our fault in not communicating it well enough. We will definitely work on this, and make sure it more clear when the next tier starts. All feedback is welcome!
