can someone help clarrify the proccess. where does the ether go after is in my ether wallet wich is fast to convert from ether to usd? maybe even a place that i dont have to nbeccisarily cashout but change the ether to usd atleast and wich im assuming exchange is fastest to get the best dollor from the ether

The ether goes to the person you traded it to at the exchange.

The best way to do it is send it to my wallet and I'll have my African Prince friend send you cash to your bank account lol

No, the quickest and easiest way is to transfer it to a exchange like Bittrex or Poloniex and exchange it to Bitcoin. Once in Bitcoin go to a Bitcoin ATM and pull it in cash. It will cost between 5-10% in fees. You can always exchange it for FIAT currency in the exchange for cheaper but it can take forever to get to your bank account and it is not very safe.
