this is the first time happen to me from over 5 years all because the default blockchine.info wallets . as you can see the problems regarding over 90k unconfirmed transactions , so i think more and more people will see that .

No, as in O'Clock. As they only allow 100 transactions every hour so if you put yours in when it turns to the next hour (or as soon as possible afterwards) then it'll most likely be accepted by their system.
