Faucets are not popular anymore cause the value you can get is way to small. But it is actually a good way for a bitcoin newbies to start with bitcoin.It is a good way to practice with wallets,transactions,fees... with very small amount if you fuck up something you wont cry over a couple hundred satoshis

Dont know. You mean suggestion for a good faucet? Maybe freebit.co.in but dont use the dice option on their site cause it can be addictive and you will most probably lose.
