Activity not changing?

I have participated to this forum a lot lately. Posting popular topics in the Bitcoin and Altcoin categories.
Not that I absolutely want to get rid of this newbie face loosing status, but I just want to understand what is the problem.

Why i am locked at 28 activity regardless of what I am doing here?

You're not posting enough.  You're also not using the search function here
enough, because the question of 'when do I rank up?' has been addressed
dozens of times within the last 2 months.  This is not craniosurgery here.
You have to keep posting until you rank up.  Next activity period is this
coming Tuesday, by which time you should have added 14 points to your
activity and will be a Jr. member.

why? because the next update is not happen yet. just keep posting first if you want to loose your newbie status. i gladly suggest that you would read first some threads that relying on your questions. because most of newbie are has the same question rolling on their mind. the only key is to study first all useful and informative threads here.

You already reached the limit for the activities. The update for the activity is every 14 days, you can only add 14 activities for every 14 days which means you need to wait for the next 14-day cycle in order for your activity count to increase.

That's how I understood it.
you can get max 14 activity for every 14 days of your account existence, so if your acc is 140 days old, and you've never posted anything, and then made 141 posts in a day, you will get 140 activity in few hours
