Is there any data size difference between e GPU rig and an ASIC?

Hello everyone.
We are building farm with my friends. We have at the moment 130 GPU mainly mining ETH. We will add to this farm 24 ASIC in the next month.
I was thinking: As a GPU rig process X amount of data, but a ASIC is like 100 time more powerful, does it download/process 100 times more data?
Would a 20 mb DSL line enough in term of speed for that amount of data?
