Strange stuff, the fee is on the low side, but not extremely low... However, i can't find the transaction in the mempool of my node. This usually means that it's a double spending transaction, or it was broadcasted more than 3 days ago...

Same thing for the block explorers: blockr.io doesn't know about your transaction, while blockchain.info seems to have it in it's mempool...

Maybe you can start by re-broadcasting the raw, signed transaction?

It will raise serious red flags against the service provider if at all the transaction was a double spent attempt.Even if it was,do you think same transaction would be broadcasted again ?

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaat

It does exist on blockchain.info, it does not exist on a lot of other nodes tough...

EDIT: i tried pushing it to my own node:

Code:
bitcoin-cli sendrawtransaction 02000000012a36cf517d06e87950c9c85af30ae97936476f3867dd14bc640dc705c17de4ee040000006b483045022100e6fc4c0179c608b2d56cb08a7e2211dbfce3d2dd0aea0bff03c94664c15d973c022071bd62dda946d2e673b45374d9b37ab77d02050f8044dbff19978354b5e279ec012103528b9190b470aabd2c84174d0465316acdce3834f0d606cad44b6a9295f14d40feffffff0236cfb400000000001976a914814a7172226d5e889143797f85d187e77d43d42d88acc6a4f100000000001976a9141a04f2c0082842714ed08099f2e12f3db340bbb388ac6c590700
6de91ba60f6ab83dcbe89e2d4aaa4f4feac2036553278050e9f45566f2729619

Since it worked, i don't have a double spending tx in my mempool (at least, not anymore, no way of knowing if there ever was one).

Personally, i would keep rebroadcasting it from as many nodes as i could find, hoping that sooner or later, a miner picks it up and puts it in the block he's currently working on.

If you do nothing, chances are that more and more nodes that did know about your transaction will start removing it from their mempool, in long enough time, it'll be like the transaction never existed... This does not happen if you keep rebroadcasting.
