I've heard the mention in chat that Worldcoin was brought up (in good light) during the recent Bitcoin conference.

Does anyone have information to confirm or deny this? Perhaps they keep minutes.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Sure alts were mentioned..
But I'm betting BBQ coin wasn't. Doubting Royalcoin was either, nor Franko, nor Sunrisecoin, Supercoin, Doubloons, etc etc...

So Worldcoin being mentioned was a valid interest to me. Any info?
