Poloniex not showing deposit in Zcash

I am mining with Zcash with different pools and I see the transaction has already 57 confirmations as indicated in the picture below, mine is the top address which start with t1Q and ends with 5hro . Normally Poloniex requires 20 confirmations for a Zcash deposit address to show it in. Maybe all the people are right after all blaming Poloniex for different things.

That address is my polo deposit zcash address.

Any new more reliable exchange ?

that exchanger already shown their shady activity 6 months ago,
and many people complained about it,deposit not showing,can not withdraw their money and some of them have a problem with their account.
so,your problem more likely was one of their tactic to get a free money from costumer,
they will credit it if you keep complaining your case to them (most of them didn't get it,but some people solve it that way and solved).
in my opinion,a slightly better exchanger out there is Bittrex,
many people have a problem with their verification only,nothing like Poloniex.
and Kraken maybe?

i used Bittrex and so far it's fast and smooth,
just use 2FA and Number Verification,it's very easy

Yes I have registered at Bittrex , although have not 2fa yet I will implement it as I have 0 money stored with them yet. It was a bit more difficult to find where to sell your Zcash there compared to Polo interface but finally I learned it so am fully transferring my mining earnings with them and hope to not have again from these kind of problems like deposit not showing.

if you really want to trade it on Bittrex,i advice you to activitate it right now.
Because if you send it in there and you still not finishing your verification and 2FA,
i am afraid that something wrong will happen,more likely many people don't understand Bittrex rules right now.
for them who's registered after mid 2016ish their withdrawal limit is 0 BTC,
and for them who's registered under 2016ish have 0.025BTC as their limit.
if you activitate it you will get 3BTC limit/day,if you activitate it when you try to do a withdrawal most likely they will ask about other verification,
such as document,selfi,etc etc.

My account was open in May 2017 and I have deposited and withdrawn BTC so far there without any problem. My only verification is through email, do I need to send my papers there (clearly a thing I won't do) in order to have more limits for withdrawing ?

I am not into trading, max I will do is deposit Zcash and sell it for BTC, I have already bookmarked that page. Many people are saying it is easy unless there is something hidden which I didn't see and I would appreciate your help in the matter.

Stop using Poloniex, their service has not been up from their usual standards as before. There are people spreading rumors that they might be the next major exchange to close down after Cryptsy. I know they are just rumors but its better to be safe and use another exchange for now instead.

Like we say in Italy "quasi quasi" almost I am depositing my zcash to Yobit so I can mix them with my earnings from the signature campaign I am in and maybe a win win situation for me. I know the few problems of Yobit so I am familiar with them and I can live with them.
