Each tester will get 0.05ETH for his work.
Not everyone can test and I am looking for only 5-10 people the higher your rank the better(and also trust score,cant be negative).

Three months ago, I alpha tested ChipMixer and gave my review. His response was: "Thank you for very valuable feedback. Your review was the best so far.". Some of my suggestions got implemented in the current site. Needless to say, this review took much more than 5 minutes (and paid a lot more too).
But, that was with Bitcoin, which I am quite familiar with. I do have an account at myetherwallet.com , but I've never used Ethereum. I don't have any either. Since your mixer has a 0.1 ETH minimum, 0.05 ETH won't be enough.
If you're interested in having me review your mixer, please PM me. I'll try my best to review it, but it will depend on your site if I can give you any valuable feedback. Then again, if all works flawlessly without comments, that's a good result too. I think ChipMixer has more options and features, so your review should be less work.
