I am looking to purchase 2500 shares of BITVPS on BTC-TC. The reason for posting here is that volume for BITVPS on BTC-TC is low and I'm hoping to find interested sellers who would be willing to deal with me directly. BTC-TC allows for free transfers of assets and bitcoins so deals like this are easy to enact. I am also happy to discuss using an escrow service to enact this trade. As of this writing, the current bid/ask spread is .00061/.000697. Is anyone willing to meet me in the middle and sell at .00065?

You're trying to screw burnside out of what, like BTC0.007-BTC0.008? Not only that but you're exposing yourself and whoever trades with you to a significantly higher risk (one of you not delivering) in order to save less than $1.00... Good luck...

Put a bid up for 2500 shares at your desired price, you might actually get filled

Perhaps you could be a little more forgiving to people who are obviously new to the forum. I don't see how I'm screwing anyone out of anything. The total volume is low on this stock and I thought I would catch someone's eye on this forum. If this was in anyway inappropriate I apologize. No harm was meant. I'll just put in a bid on BTC-TC.

I honestly don't mind -- but you'd have to be crazy to do this for anything substantial because of the risk that the other party won't follow through.  If bad things happen, please don't expect there's going to be anything I can do.

Cheers.
