What they are doing is very wrong. They shouldn't be able to destroy the tokens just like that. Sent them message via Facebook and Twitter, no answer until now.

Hello folks, sorry for disappearing. We're a small team and only have so much time to dedicate to each site.
We realize in retrospect that this should've been the first place to notify of our error. Here's a summary of what happened with your PRXY tokens:

1. Our automation system accidentally double paid some users.
2. We posted announcements on our Blog and Telegram room, recognizing our error and our intention to remove duplicate transactions to fix it.
3. We ran an ERC-20 standard method that removes tokens. This is not a nefarious method developed by our team, but rather a required method to be ERC-20 compliant. This method only removed duplicate transactions.

We apologize for any lapse in notification about our due process, but this is what happened.

As to how to trust us that it won't happen again: simply put, after our pre-sale we don't care who has what tokens or how many. It benefits us neither positively nor negatively. But users having more tokens than they're supposed to before our token sale damages our company value and ability to raise funds.
A company of our scale and scope requires as much token sale funding as possible, so we can distribute a quality product to everyone.

Again, we apologize for any confusion or lack of communication, this was not our intention.

If you can do that than fuck these tokens as they can disappear at any second. Trust no one.
destroyTokens() is a default function? Really? Or maybe it's just an extension that you deliberately implemented?

I tend to agree. A smart contract with that kind of function is just not "immutable". Not sure if this is a standard function.

I don`t have a qualm if i got paid double and lost half of it but not knowing how did it happen is a little confusing, as explained above its a double spend transaction so only one TX can be accepted by the network.

They were separate transactions. Our automation double sent to a list with separate raw transactions.

This token is based on some Minimi token that has functions to generate and destroy any amount of coins on any address.
