You need to tell us more details about your project and campaigns. Is it not enough follow us, and retweet.. what's after that, how much you will pay for any marketing activity? How you will control, who is who, and who's participate?
Look around and you will find lot of succeeded campaigns and learn. I do not know anything about your project but if this is so smoothly done like your "campaigns" I do not see a way to succeed.
