I am considering a tycoon style game about BTC mining. The game will be aimed at people who are not actively using Bitcoin at the moment. I want to make a simple beta for the game and put it on a few websites like Miniclip and Addictive games to gauge interest and see if it would be worth going all the way and making a more substantial game.

The concept - You would start off in your parents house on a shitty old laptop or PC and start mining coins. As you save up the coins there will be various things too buy (not sure what yet, maybe upgraded computer parts, new house, multiple commuters). As you get enough coins you will buy a GPU and mine with that. Then ASICS. You will move out of your parents house when you can afford too etc

Thats only a very basic idea at the moment! A few graphic designer have contacted me about the art work so we will see how that goes

Feel free to ask me ANYTHING that you need too know  Thank you for your time. It is appreciated so much!

Good idea, but it sounds like it'd be a boring game.  Maybe add some price speculation to that, too?  The only problem then is that it'd be too sophisticated for the average Miniclip user.

Well, it certainly sounds interesting, and it help "educate" more people. A tycoon approach is interesting.
I hope you can make it playable enough, you need something more than just mine > buy gpu, mine > buy gpu > mine > move >mine > buy ASIC > ... > Game Over(it would be too similar to an idle-game), there's gotta be a twist somewhere.
Adding speculation would be boring for most average players, maybe something else?
