What are good mobile phone wallets for having many type of Altcoins? I've only come across Coinomi. Is this one good? Also are there any other good ones out there?

I think holytransaction is also good, their wallet supports some altcoin. You can buy or exchange the altcoin you want using the coin you have in the your wallet.

Here is what I use Coinomi Apps. But it does not guarantee other altcoins. But it's all like Bitcoins.Ethereum Litecoins and so on
It's also good because you own your private keys. And since it's hard for thieves to get your altcoins.

If you are looking for a better Jaxx wallet is also good just look at the google play store

i am using coin payment and coinomi too. i think both android phone wallet is good enough to help us to save our coins. the wallet have many altcoin support wallet and we can send our coins to the wallet. the best service that i know, we can buy directly one or two altcoin in that wallet if we have btc balance so we don't have to send our coins if we want to hold for a long time.

Does it work on android or iphones? My challenge is the safety of mobile wallet. I am more worried when the wallet does not exist online at all, that is only mobile.  Most web wallet will have the private keys on that very phone. So if such phones are stolen by someone who understand cryptocurrency, the owner will be at a terrible risk. Safety of ones wallet is an important factor to consider than the accessibility. Security is a challenge on phone now when the phones operating system owners has an agreement with country security agency to make back door to infiltrate on privacies
