How does it work?After both parties have mutually agreed upon the terms of the transaction one of the parties contacts CEA to initiate the escrow transaction. Once details of transaction have been received, CEA will provide the original contact party with a PGP signed escrow contract.
Once funds has been successfully received in the escrow account from one or both parties the escrow process will be completed and the funds according to the terms of the PGP signed escrow contract will be fulfilled.
