Let say you had $1000 to spend but could only choose between  either the RED Pulse ICO  or Enigma ICO? Which would you choose and why?

What about China being China. Superiority is up for debate; I'm sure we all have our opinions. But if red pulse is flat out banning china from buying in, then you gotta think on that shit.

Only Enigma. This ICO now but Red Pulse postponed. And how China will want to regulate future ICO's? Nobody knows. Some ICO's were forced to return funds from china investors. Draw conclusions!

if I'm honest : I would not invest in either of them .this is a too big risk because of china .
you do not know what the Chinese still have . simply stay away and invest elsewhere

I say the same. I'm glad that somebody think also. I believe in NEO and his platform and opportunities but later when China government find own rules to regulate and control ICO's.

It's high risk. But I will try both of them.

Why not send 50\50 ? It's best solution
