And because its an ERC20, JAXX wouldn't have support this early so it wouldn't be able to display your ICX if that makes sense. You'd want to be able to have a wallet, where you have possession of the private keys, that has the compatibility. myetherwallet has all of this.

I'm still new to crypto (less than a year reading, 4 months stumbling around exchanges) so I'm happy to stand corrected.

Because the GWEI that you used is lesser than other transactions! Highest GWEI almost always get processed 1st.

Gas limit shall be 300000 as mentioned in one of the contribution steps on Icon website

USe the highest you can. Under MEW, highest GWEI is 60. Use that

1. 100 ETH is max for two stage or only for second?
So, in first case I can invest 30 + 70 = 100 in total, in second - 30 + 100 = 130 ETH.
2. In the 2nd stage the Data value and address of contract will be same?

Yes the Website said
You should enter Data and Gas Limit manually in order to create a transaction. If you do not enter the information above, the transaction will be rejected.
And above this statement it said Gas limit of 300000.
Therefore Gas limit is 300000 or transaction will be rejected.
