KYC process ended. When will the icon tokens will be unlock ? And how it could be this tokens are trading on HitBTC ? Are the hitbtc team added icon manually ?
KYC is over, but now we need to wait for AML. If you go into the market without problems, I am ready to wait.
When does AML starts/ends?
Starts immediately after KYC, no one needs to do anything unless contacted by the ICON team.
AML lasts 2 weeks, then we head towards Mainnet launch. So late November to early December.
Apparently part of that launch is the porting of the ERC20 ICX token to the loopchain as a native token.
Guys I just want to point out how significant it is for ICON to be launching their Mainnet so rapidly. I'm literally watching investors get excited about other projects when they release an initial roadmap or whitepaper in English. And this is after the ICO has finished.
I also see prices raise of a token when that project begins an alpha or beta test. That may be on their chain or maybe a wallet. It is insane to think how far ICON has already progressed without public awareness! To be ready for a Mainnet is an impressive acheivement.
This is because they've been working on contractual products/technology that is ready for mass adoption within their homeland. And this is what we want, less hype and more substance.
