alttle bit disappointed with the lack of communication from icon, mainnet should have also been launched by now as well as listing, would like alittle more transparency and video updates, ever since i invested from them the best i get is cryptic twitter posts and useless info, give us an update whats goin, that sorta thing. A little bit disappointed? I've been trying to get a hold of them for over a week now, once each day, one time for each way I could find to contact them. That being, their account on here, Twitter, Facebook, several of their email addresses, Telegram, the list probably goes on...
My question as of today is, what happens now that I haven't done the KYC process? That's what I've been trying to contact them about for over a week now. Can my tokens somehow be revoked? Will I not be able to convert my tokens onto the mainnet?
On one hand, I'll admit I screwed up, but on the other hand, they don't freakin' respond anyway, as others have said. I want to believe in this project, and I still do, but the fact that they don't even get back to anyone is a little disappointing indeed.
