Hypothetically let's say that the SEC determines ICX is a security. Are you basically screwed if you are a U.S. owner (e.g. you can't sell your holdings?). From what I've read as well, if it is considered a security at some point, it is a security period and any previous sales are that of selling an unregistered security

You don't have tokens, you have real ICX coins.
Exchanges have tokens, they need to swap it.

So the ICON software is handling that swap automatically or do know have to take some actions if you have them on the exchange or the wallet?

Think Binance is one of the exchanges that will auto swap ICON-ERC20 to ICON that runs on ICON mainnet

That would be good news as my ICON is on that exchange. Where did you get that information, is it an official statement of Binance?

So perhaps we can say about any such project, because at an early stage probably it should be provided. Otherwise, without the potential for future price growth, the project itself would simply not be of interest to investors. And so Yes, I agree with you, the prospects of the project are great.

Of course, all the biggest X ICON has already done. But this does not mean that there is nothing ahead. ICON still has the potential for growth, both the project itself and the price of the ICX.
