For the sake of simplicity, in the yellow paper discussing ICON transactions fees, why divide the fees into millions of steps instead of just collecting fees in ICON tokens? I like how they change the fixed transaction fee of 0.01 ICX to a more sophisticated way to reduce its burden of transaction fee. This is why ICON understands what developers and users need to achieve adoption. at the current value, transaction fee of 0.01ICX is approximate $0.006, but when the bulls return, say ICON return to all time high like $10, transaction fees would be too high? like $.10? Taxes are always settled and updated to the value of the Coin; this means that if one day Icon came to quote $ 100 or even $ 1000 (we wish it all  ) then the tax will be adjusted and lowered as a result ..... the same thing happened in the past for Ripple, Nano and many others . |

ICON token swap has been extended by another month to October 25th 2018. The ICON team is giving extra time to those who haven't completed the swap as only 84% of the ICX supply has been swapped over so far. If you haven't done the token swap yet, please make sure you do.

If I buy now ICX at any exchange should I need to start the process to swap them or they already are swapped ? I have gone through the extended swap article and didn't find anything there in this regard. Since 83% of coins have been swapped exchanges should also have new type of tokens,no? ICX is available at very good price range not picking up will be big mistake.

Major exchanges supported swap(Binance,Upbit,Bithamb)!If you buy there, you don't need to do anything-the exchanges did everything for you  |
