ICON to Join ‘LINE+LINK-DEV 2018’



ICON, as a strategic partner of LINE in both business and technology, will be participating in ‘LINE+LINK-DEV 2018’, which will be held in Conference Room 401, COEX, on November 8th. More than 500 attendees, including developers and blockchain professionals, will congregate to discuss blockchain development strategy, the advancement of the global fintech industry, and the effects DApp services could have in real-life.

During the event, Hongkyu Lee, the CEO of Unchain, the joint venture co-founded by ICON and LINE, and Soohwan Park, the Project Managing Director of ICON Foundation, will be attending the conference to give a speech. Hongkyu Lee will introduce <Service Oriented Blockchain Platform> at 10:35, and Soohwan Park will explain <ICON’s Interchain Technology and Developer Tools> at 16:00, informing the audience about ICON’s original technology and special guides to using SDK/API.

I would have to say from an adoption standpoint, icon is posed to really hit the ground running this year. I expect a lot of work around the platform. I dont think it will take over next year.

This bear market is taking a toll on everybody that's for sure .. I'm confident that the market will see an upside soon and with the progress which I'm seeing in ICON is making, I'm happy to be in this long term (but that's just me)

I am pretty confident about icon in long term too, I don't really worried about the market condition at this moment.

The supply on Coinmarketcap was incorrect since the first listing. So where is the issue?
Tokens were fairly distributed following the whitepaper.

Why does capitalization according to coinmarket caps amount to 473 406 688 ICX? Why did not the society have been told about unlocking tokens?

The price dropped to 0.54$ in last few days, maybe that is the reason behind it.  I am not worried about current price, ICX has still a lot of room to grow in long-term.

In bear market we can expect anything so it is not a big surprise to see this coin at this price. It will be good opportunity for new investors who are still waiting for another dip but it is very tricky thing from my point of view.
