I ordered a few units myself and it seems like I am not alone from reading everyones post here.

I order my units on Feb 18, 2013.
Paid Wallet Bit and got confirmation of payment
No Tracking
Order Number 3XXX
Received Receipt confirmation both from Walletbit and Avalon.

Since then......
1. I have Emailed them 3 times.
2. Went to web page for support 6 times with new Tech support ticket
3. Sent USPS tracking hard copy to Albany New York
USPS Tracking/Delivery Confirmation says they received my letter.
4. I called the direct number and left messages. His work and cell 380-115-6072 and 347-370-9069
5. I have logged in to the website daily to see any updates.... so far nothing.

NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS..... yeah.

So basically you started stalking Yifu? :-)

I can see how Avalon got an avalanche of support emails and tickets that they can't work through anymore... If there are 6 fold duplicates.

Bringing in a dedicated support guy that deals with this should take the burden off Yifu...

D-posseeee; Avalon Icarus for Trade In was lost/stolen by DHL: I send a registered Mail with all Paperwork(consignment dokuments, criminal complained, international inquiry, and copys of all my Mails and opened Tickets to Mr Chen in China, no answer or mails

Someone, posted early on this forum, that have direct contact with Yifu by phone and skype. Can that person  do a favor and ask, what should do ppl, who ordered as guest and can't see anything at order page and can't change/add phone number, especially if he in first line and received letter "no phone number cannot send".
I'm suppose all Feb.2 orders will be "problematic" and will be served in last queue, after all other units shipped.

If you have you login and its empty you should update the shipping address and phone number to match your order just because it is the only thing you can do.

If you have you login and its empty you should update the shipping address and phone number to match your order just because it is the only thing you can do.
Already did it long time ago. In fact there are 2 orders with different address/person... Smiley
