Can anyone tell me if I'll get the same data speed using a Netgear Powerline, with my Ethernet cable plugged from this into my miner?  Any feedback is much appreciated.

Same data speed as what?

No matter though - ASIC miners do not typically use much bandwidth or need "speed" as what they send and receive is very small.
