I think is a good idea to trade now while BTC price is stuck between 3.9k and 4.3k.
Regarding methods, Neteller and Paypal both can be charged with credit cards as you need to be carful when accepting funds from these sources.  AVOID TO TAKE FUNDS VIA PAYPAL . A good rate to gain customers would be between 5-10% above or below rate.

Selling BTC for Neteller rate would be 10% maximum to get a lot of clients
Selling BTC for Paypal rate would be 10-15% so that it's actually worth the risks involved
Neteller and Paypal for BTC would be difficult since your a newbie.
